- "What do I eat?" Parts 1 and 2, where we teach you how to construct healthy meals that you love to eat and help you look, function and feel your best. What you learn in these lessons will give you the skill to break down any and every meal you ever look at in order to determine its potential to give energy, build muscle, burn fat, accelerate recovery etc

- "Turning intentions into a lifestyle", where we teach you how to build the systems that support your habits and routines that will allow you to build a consistent, healthy lifestyle that doesn't require willpower or motivation.

- "Develop the eye for detail", this lesson is where we teach you the skills to analyse and critique your own habits, eating patterns etc so you can quickly identify your next areas of improvement without relying on guesswork or making decisions based on emotion (which so often we regret!).

- "Are you calorie aware?", possibly our very favourite lesson. This is where we teach you how to lose weight without counting calories. If that sounds like freedom to you, it's because it is!

- "Breaking and creating habits", this lesson is all about the science of breaking and creating habits and how you can quickly identify how your own habits work and reprogram them all. You'll also learn how to create new habits from scratch!

- "The blackmail diet", one of the very few times we ever use the word "diet" in any of our programs. This lesson is where we teach you how to create a level of accountability that can virtually guarantee you reach your goals. It's scary but so effective!

- "One bite won't hurt", if you've ever struggled with mindless snacking or grazing, this lesson is for you. This lesson builds on the "Are you calorie aware?" lesson to help develop your skills even further.

- "Including the family", if you've had experience with programs/diets that have you over here eating all this food you have to make for yourself, while your family is over there eating all this different food that you've made for them, this lesson has your name all over it. We teach you how to make it work with your family, not separately from them.

- "When will I see results?" Parts 1 and 2, the big one. In these lessons we teach you the method we use to be able to tell people how long it will take for them to reach their goals. No more "I hope" or "One day...maybe...".
