I wasn't sure if it was going to actually work or not, but in order to call you out on your bullshit (that people really CAN achieve this) I had to be fair and hold up my side.
The person I am today has in part been shaped by you guys. This is the first time in my entire life that I have actually been able to experience what true health feels like.

People who haven't truly gone through this themselves will often focus on "surface-level" issues. Things like how much weight you can lose in the fastest possible time. The ideal calories and macros you need to hit. Getting the meal plan right.
They don't focus on the underlying reasons why you are the way you are. For many people like us, the things that started during childhood or early adolescence that we've carried with us into adulthood.
The damaged relationship with our bodies. The imposter syndrome. The diet mentality, looking at foods as only "Good" or "Bad" for us.
The self-sabotage. The secret eating. The all-or-nothing mentality. You know exactly what we're talking about.
Most programs are set up in a way where they only "work" if you keep doing, and thereby keep paying for them.
This is how we talk with people who tell us they have done things like Weight Watchers 5, 6, 7 or 8 times. We had one woman tell us she has done Weight Watchers 12 times in her life so far, ON TOP OF all the other things she has tried.
Our immediate reaction is always the same - if it really worked, why do you have to keep going back? Keep spending more money? More time? It feels like going around in circles.
For us we know the real success comes in people like you being upskilled and developed to the point where you no longer need a program or a coach if you don't wish, because you have all the tools you need to do this yourself.
We want people to be walking, talking business cards for us. Our business grows based on how many lives we change in the long-term, not how many times we can make you sign up for, and pay for, the same shit.
Because there’s one truth we can’t ignore:
FACT: People don't have any problems losing weight. It happens all the time, you've probably lost weight over the years too. The problem people have is with keeping it off.
This is where we so often see people like you being set up to fail without even knowing it.
